Have you always wanted to start an organization, but never quite knew how to navigate the Yale bureaucracy? How about that play you wrote but gave up on when you didn’t realize you had to reserve performance space a certain amount of time in advance?

Well, fear no more. You now have the Online Organization Handbook on your side! Compiled for the first time one year ago—and continually updated by your YCC representatives— this nifty guide is a collection of everything and anything you might need to know when creating, developing, expanding and promoting your undergraduate organization. Included is everything from how to reserve event spaces, where and how to ensure maximum funding for your organization, a list of pertinent Deans and administrators, and links to guidelines that you may not necessarily think about, such as fire code compliance, risk management, publications disclaimer, and more.

This handbook is for you– if you think that something is missing or have any suggestions, please contact your YCC Executive Board. We will periodically update the copy of the handbook on the YCC website as needed.
