The UOFC is committed to a fast, fair, and efficient funding process.

In the 2021-2022 year, the UOFC evaluated 626 total applications and disbursed $277,873.10 total dollars to Yale’s student organizations. 88% to 97.2% of applications received funding depending on the round.

We saw a disproportionate amount of funding requested to the amount awarded in the earlier rounds, but this evened out in the later rounds. Many applications were denied due to missing information (such as no expense sheet submitted to YCC or no attendance in the information session). Most organizations that were represented are 10+ years old, with 2-5 year old organizations coming in second place.
